Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Nuvol Holdings LLC (“we”, “us”), which operates Feeds & Deeds. By creating an account or using Feeds & Deeds, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Who can use Feeds & Deeds

You must be at least 18 and using Feeds & Deeds for your real estate business. You are responsible for following the rules that apply to your advertising, including your state's license law, your brokerage's policies, the Fair Housing Act and each social platform's terms.

What we provide

Feeds & Deeds plans, writes and designs social media posts for you, and publishes the posts you approve to the accounts you connect, at the times you choose. We may improve or change features over time.

Your account

Keep access to your email account secure: we sign you in by email link (or with Google). You are responsible for activity on your account.

Connected social accounts

When you connect Instagram, Facebook or Google Business Profile, you authorize us and our posting partner to publish the posts you approve to that account. You can disconnect anytime. Each platform's own terms and rules apply to what is posted there, and platforms may change or limit access in ways outside our control.

Your content and AI-generated content

• You keep ownership of what you give us: your photos, logo, headshot, writing, listing details and client reviews. You give us permission to use them to provide the service.
• Only add photos, reviews and other content you have the right to use. Reviews must be real.
• Posts are written with AI. You may use the posts we create for your business. AI can make mistakes, so review every post before you approve it. Nothing is published without your approval, and you are responsible for the posts you approve.
• Our fair-housing check flags common problem wording. It is a helper, not legal advice, and does not guarantee compliance.

Plans, payments and cancellation

• Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay; taxes may apply.
• A founding price, when offered, applies for as long as your subscription stays active.
• 14-day money-back guarantee: if you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full.
• You can cancel anytime in Settings → Plan and billing. Your posts keep going until the end of the period you have paid for; we don't refund partial periods after the first 14 days.
• If we change prices, we will tell you in advance and the new price applies from your next renewal.

Acceptable use

Don't use Feeds & Deeds to post anything unlawful, discriminatory, misleading or infringing; to spam; or to try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Ending your account

You can stop using Feeds & Deeds anytime and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk; if we do, we will tell you why when we can.

Disclaimers

Feeds & Deeds is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every post will publish on time (platforms can fail or change), or any particular business result.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Nuvol Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we make important changes, we will update this page and tell you before they take effect. Continuing to use Feeds & Deeds means you accept the updated terms.
