Signing in without a password

How email sign-in links work, and what to do if one expired.

We don't use passwords. To sign in:

  1. Type your email on the Log in page.
  2. Tap Email me a sign-in link.
  3. Open the email and tap the link. You're in.

Link expired or didn't arrive? Links work for 1 hour and only once. Go back to Log in and send a new one. Check your spam or promotions folder too.

Tip: open the link on the same phone or computer where you asked for it.
